LOCATED IN ISSAQUAH, WA, JUST 15 MINUTES EAST OF SEATTLE, WASHINGTON FENCING ACADEMY PROVIDES INSTRUCTION IN THE SPORT OF OLYMPIC-STYLE FENCING, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE SABER.

Coach Mark once again took the Gold Medal at the Veterans World Championships! Previously, Mark had won gold in Cairo, Egypt at the 2019 Veteran World Championships in the Vet-50 Men’s Saber category, and a second Gold Medal in Zadar, Croatia in the Vet-60 Men’s Saber. This time, he repeated once again and took the Gold Medal in Vet-60 Men’s Saber, making him a 3-time World Champion!
Additionally, Mark received the 2022 and 2023 Fencer of the Year Awards from the USA Fencing Veterans Committee.
Washington Fencing Academy is extremely pleased and lucky to have Mark leading us as the current Head Coach!
